摘要
采用花生壳粉作吸附剂对分散黄染料进行吸附试验研究。研究了花生壳粉用量、pH值、吸附时间等因素对分散黄染料吸附的影响,确定了最佳吸附条件。结果表明,分散黄染料溶液质量浓度100mg·L^(-1),花生壳粉用量10 g·L^(-1),pH值2,吸附时间36 h时,脱色率可达97 85%以上。通过测定常温下花生壳粉对分散黄染料的吸附等温线,并进行回归分析,得出花生壳粉对分散黄染料的吸附等温线符合Langmuir方程,其饱和吸附量达54.64 mg·g^(-1),说明花生壳粉可在一定质量浓度范围内吸附分散黄染料。
Dyeing sewage is a kind of typical industrial sewage with inherent complications, such as chroma darkness, high concentra- tion, as well as other inherent features, for which it has become a research topic to search for available cheap efficient discoloring adsor- bent. The present paper is focused on the study of the absorbing be- havior of the peanut hull powder in yellow-discoloring, trying to in- vestigate and measure the effects of various experimental parameters (such as, pH value, the dosage of peanut hull power and adsorption time) respectively. For this purpose, we have chosen the optimal processing conditions. Our experimental results indicate that the effi- ciency of discoloration of 100 mg·L-1 disperse yellow can reach 97.85% under the optimal treatment condition (with the dosage of peanut hull powder being 10 g·L-1, pH value 2 and adsorption time 36 h) . The adsorption isothermal line was measured under the normal room-temperature (25 ℃). The regression analysis proves that the adsorption behavior is in accordance with the Langmuir Equation. Its maximum adsorption quantity can be as much as up to 54.64 mg'g-I. The experimental results also reveal that the peanut hull powder is effective in removing disperse yellow from the dye sewage within a certain concentration range. Thus, it can be said that, as a kind of biomass waste, peanut hull is a kind of abundant resource, which can be applied as a reeireulation waste through sewage treatment.
