摘要
钱学森是我国国防科技信息事业的导师,为我国科技情报事业做出了巨大贡献。在梳理钱学森有关科技情报文献的基础上,分析了钱学森科技情报理论的特征与地位,并通过深入研究钱学森有关科技情报的观点与思想,系统重构和明晰了包括基础理论、方法理论、技术理论和应用理论的钱学森科技情报理论体系,最后阐释了该理论体系对情报理论研究和情报工作发展的重要意义。
Qian Xuesen is the famous mentor of the career, National Defense Science and Technology Information （NDSTI）, in China, who helps bring a great contribution towards Science and Technology Information （STI）. Based on the study of the documents written by Qian Xuesen about STI, this paper firstly analyzes the characteristics of Qian Xuesen＇s theories on STI and the status on STI career of China, and then reconstructs and clarifies the architecture and system of Qian Xuesen＇s STI theories by neatening the involved viewpoints, theories and thoughts, and finally the crucial significance of this architecture is elaborated for the development of modem Information Science.
