摘要
构建了流媒体信息服务的体系结构,提出了构建风险识别指标体系时的主要原则。并从企业内外部角度构建了流媒体信息服务企业风险识别指标体系,探讨了在专家评判法的基础上利用本指标体系对流媒体信息服务企业的风险进行评估的基本框架。
This article constructed the system architecture of the streaming media information service, pro- posed the main principle of constructing the index system of the risk identification. From the perspective of the internal and external enterprises, this article constructed the risk identification index system in the streaming media information service enterprises. At the last, in the basis of evaluation of the expert, this article discussed the basic framework of assessing the risk of the streaming media service enterprises, through making use of the index system.
