摘要
目的:观察咳喘平汤治疗顽固性咳嗽的效果。方法:为患者服用自拟方-咳喘平汤,每日1剂,水煎服,每剂煎3次,共得药汁600ml,分3次常规服用,儿童量酌减。结果:服药2剂痊愈18例,占9.0%;服药4剂痊愈25例,占12.5%;服药6剂,痊愈40例,占20.0%;服药8剂痊愈32例,占16.0%;服药10剂痊愈32例,占16.0%;服药12剂痊愈27例,占13.5%;服药14剂痊愈26例,占13.0%。总有效率100%。结论:咳喘平汤具有化痰、止咳、散寒、通气、健脾等奇效。
Objective： To observe the Kechuanping Decoction in the treatment of intractable cough effect. Methods： For the patients taking self-- Kechuanping decoction, one agent, decoct with water, decocting three times for each agent, a total of medicine juice600 ml, three routine taking, children＇s weight reduction.Results： 18 cases were cured after taking 2agent, accounting for 9%,; taking 4 agents and 25 cases recovered, accounted for 12.5%; taking 6 agents,40 cases were cured,20%; taking 8 agent recovery 32 cases, accounting for 16%; taking 10 agent recovery 32 cases, accounting for 16%; taking 12 agent recovery 27 cases, accounting for 13.5%; 14 agent ： 26 cases were cured,13%. The total efficiency of 100%. Conclusions：Kechuanping decoction might have expectorant, cough, cold, ventilation, Jianpi effect.
