摘要
目的观察中药咳平汤治疗风邪客肺、肺热伤津型感染后咳嗽临床疗效,以及对IL-8的影响。方法 60例患者随机分为2组,中药组用咳平汤,每日1剂;西药组用复方甘草片4粒,tid,酮替酚1 mg,bid,丙卡特罗25μg,bid。2组疗程均为7 d。同时检测治疗前后IL-8。结果 2组7天时疗效相似,但4天时的疗效,在中医症状积分、咳嗽、咽痒症状改善等方面均优于西药组。临床不良反应发生率低于西药组。感染后咳嗽可导致IL-8水平发生变化。结论咳平汤治疗感染后咳嗽安全有效,起效时间优于西药组,不良反应少。IL-8可作为感染后咳嗽的疗效指标之一。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Keping decoction and its effect on interleukin-8（IL-8）.Methods 60 patients who were diagnosed as postinfectious cough were assigned randomly to two groups,the treatment group were taken Keping decoction,and the control group received Western medicine（including Tablete Glycyrrhiza,Ketotifen and Procaterol） for 7 days,then the curative effects of two groups were evaluated and the change of IL-8 level was detected.Results The curative effects of two groups were similar after 7 days,but the improvement of symptom integral and clinical symptoms such as cough and throat itching in the treatment group were superior to that that in the control group after 4 days.The incidence of adverse reaction in treatment group was lower than in control group.and the IL-8 level in patients with postinfectious cough was different from that of normal controls.Conclusion Keping decoction has favourable therapeutic effect,safety and less adverse reaction,and its onset time was superior to that of Western medicine.Interleukin-8 can be used as an index for evaluating the therapeutic effect of postinfectious cough.
