摘要
已往的实验表明,蛞蝓混悬液对 NIH 小鼠所带的ARS(腹水型)肉瘤或 Lewis 肿癌有明显的抑制作用。最近,我们又观察了蛞蝓混悬液对小鼠淋巴细胞性白血病(P388)的抑制作用。现报告如下。材料与方法动物:NIH 小鼠,由河南省肿瘤研究所医学实验动物室提供,雌雄兼有,6～7周龄,体重18～22g。瘤株:P388(小鼠淋巴细胞性白血病)
Limax is a molluse with lung,the whole body of which has manifested medicinal values.It can be taken orally and used externally.The study on the antitumor effect of Limax in NIH mice bearing P388 were carried out by using tumor growth delay time and the host existence time as the experimental indexes.The intial results indicated that the suspension of Limax had an obvious inhibitory effect on NIH mice bearing P388
