摘要
学生社团是大学校园独具特色的学生团体,具有独立的自我管理和约束能力。辅导员应该充分发挥各类学生社团的自我管理及宣传作用,适当运用社团成员之间的互动功能,加强学生对闲暇时间的重视等,提高工作效率。
Student＇s association is a unique group for college students on campus. It features an independent man- agement and self-restraint. Instructors should give a full play to all kinds of student＇s associations in self-manage- ment and publicity, apply the functions of inter-action between association members in proper ways and encourage students to pay more attention to free time so as to improve work efficiency.
