摘要
对大吨位起重机下降工况的闭式液压系统进行分析,并在Simulink中搭建一个考虑低压管路和发动机拖动的仿真模型,分析了不同负载下系统的动态特性,并提出了负转矩控制方法:采用闭环控制对泵的排量进行调节,使马达按手柄信号设定的转速运转,同时监测发动机转速;当发动机转速超过设定值后,控制器根据发动机的转速差修正手柄信号,保证发动机不会超速运转,仿真结果验证了控制方法的可行性。
The closed hydraulic system in the lowering process of large tonnage crane is analyzed and the simulation models with the lower pressure pipe and the dragged engine is built based on simulink.The dynamic characters of the system with different load are discussed.The control strategy of over-running torque is given:Closed-loop control is used to adjust the pump displacement to keep the motor speed following the signal of the joystick,meanwhile the engine speed is monitored,when it is larger than the set value,the signal of the joystick will be reduced accouding to the error,to ensure that the engine speed won't exceed the set range.The simulation results prove the feasibility of the control strategy.
