摘要
刀盘主驱动系统是盾构的关键核心部分,是进行掘进作业的主要工作装置。采用电液比例控制技术设计了盾构刀盘主驱动闭式液压系统,并对其转速控制、方向控制、制动控制以及系统换油冷却等作了详细介绍。分析了刀盘主驱动系统调试安装的注意事项及调试结果,为盾构法施工提供了相应技术支持。
Cutter- devices hydraulic system is a key component of shield tunneling machine. A closed - loop hydraulic system of cutter - device was designed using electro - hydraulic control techniques, the rotation con- trol, direction control, braking control, oil fresh and cool system of cutter - devices hydraulic system were also expounded in detail. The matters need attention in installation and debug results are analyzed, which can pro- vide technique support for shield tunneling.
