摘要
以汉孝城际铁路二标葛洲坝集团黄陂制梁场后张法预应力单箱双室简支箱梁为研究对象,分别对预、初、终张拉三个阶段进行了摩阻参数计算,并结合预应力计算简图提出了预、初、终张拉工艺的要求,结果表明:张拉力满足设计要求,为类似工程预应力张拉计算提供了参考。
Taking the post-tensioning prestressed single-box double-cell simply-supported box girder at the prefabricated beam plant of Huangpo of Gezhouba Group along the second section of Han-Xiao intercity railway as the research object,the paper undertakes the friction parameter calculation at the preparation stage,the initial stage and the final tensioning stage,points out the requirements for the craft of the three stages by combining with the prestressed calculation graphs,and proves by the result that the tension meets the design needs,so as to provide the reference for the similar engineering prestressed tensioning calculation.
