Construction Techniques for the 180-m Super-Long Steel Strands in the First Longjing Flyover

摘要 针对深圳市龙景互通立交桥180m超长钢束施工实践,为保证预应力施工效果,采取了先安装钢束、后安装波纹管等一系列的方法、工艺,确定了对超长钢束K、μ的取值。实践表明,所采用的方法、参数正确,可为类似桥梁的施工提供有益的借鉴。 With the First Longjing Flyover in Shenzhen city as an example, the paper introduces the construction techniques for the 180-m super-long steel strands of the flyover, during the construction of which the steel strands were first fixed, and then the corrugated pipes to ensure the effect of the pre-stressing operation, and a few new teehniques were adopted to determine the values of K and μ of the super-long steel strands. It has been proved that both the construction techniques and the parameters we adopted in the construction are effective and correct. The paper may serve as a reference for the construction of similar bridges.
