摘要
目的:探讨胃上部癌的临床特点及治疗方法。方法:回顾分析我院2001年3月至2011年9月收治的92例胃上部癌的临床资料。结果:本组92例均接受手术,66例行根治性全胃切除术,18例行根治性近端胃大部切除术,8例行姑息性近端胃切除术。并发血胸1例,吻合口瘘2例(1例死亡,1例治愈)。结论:根治性手术是胃上部癌治疗的主要方法,选择恰当的术式及规范的操作是手术成功的关键。
Objective： To explore clinical specialty and therapy method of proximal gastric cancer.Method： A total of 92 patients with proximal gastric cancer admitted to our department from March in 2001 to September 2011 were analyzed retrospectively.Result： All the 92 patients received surgery.66cases underwent radical total gastrectomy,18 cases underwent proximal gastrectomy,Postoperative complications included one case of haemothorax,two cases of leakage（one case died,one was cured）.Conclusion： Radical surgery is major treatment to proximal gastric cancer.Proper operational method and standardized operate is the key to success of surgery.
