摘要 胃癌手术切缘出现的癌残留发生率在 3.8%～ 2 2 %之间 ,严重影响着患者的预后。在临床上应正确认识和处理胃癌切缘的癌残留 ,现就其发生、危害、病理学特点以及预防、治疗作一综述。
