Research on the Impact of Technological Capability and Innovation Strategy on Innovation Performance

摘要根据文献分析的结果将技术能力分为技术吸收能力和技术创新能力,创新战略分为探索式创新和利用式创新,并从文献分析中提出了技术能力、创新战略对创新型绩效形成的影响。通过调查问卷方式获取了257份样本数据对各种影响路径进行了验证,结果发现企业技术能力和创新战略对创新绩效都有显著影响,利用式创新比探索式创新对创新绩效的影响更强,技术创新能力和技术吸收能力对创新绩效的影响则无差异。 This paper classifies technological capabilities into absorptive capacity and technical innovation capability, and innovation strategy into exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation. It proposes hypothesis about the correlation between technical capability, innovation strategy and the formation of innovative enterprises from the literature analysis. To verify the hypothesis, it collects data of 257 samples through the questionnaire, and finds that technological capabilities and innovation strategies have a significant impact on innovation performance. The results also show that exploitative innovation has stronger impact on innovation performance than exploratory innovation, but there is no difference between technological innovation capability and absorptive capability on innovation performance.
