摘要
尝试使用镁粉作为可燃剂,以改善S型灭火剂的燃烧性能。以灭火时间、残留率、燃烧温度、腐蚀性、灭火剂的燃烧产物和残留物作为考核参数进行研究。研究结果显示:虽然镁粉是一种高能燃烧剂,但通过配方调整,可以控制燃烧温度在一个合理的范围。同时,使S型气溶胶灭火剂的燃烧产物、燃烧速度、有效灭火浓度、点火性能、燃烧产物的腐蚀性等方面都得到了良好的改善。
Magnesium powder served as a combustible material to improve the combustion performance of the type S aerosol fire extinguishing agent. Parameters such as the fire extinguishing time, residual rate, combustion temperature, causticity, combustion products and residues of the agent were studied.The results showed that the combustion temperature can be controlled in reasonable range by formulation designing, in spite of Magnesium powder as a high energy combustion agent, and the combustion products, combustion rate, effective fire extin- guishing concentration, ignition performance and the combustion products causticity of the type S aerosol fire extinguishing agent were improved efficiently.
