摘要
采用有限元法建立了1450mm六辊UCM轧机辊系变形模型,计算了中间辊轴向横移位置对轧机横向刚度的影响。分析了带钢宽度、轧制力、辊径等参数对中间辊最优轴向横移位置的影响规律。结果表明,带钢宽度和工作辊辊径对中间辊最优轴向横移位置影响显著;轧制力、中间辊辊径以及支撑辊辊径对其影响较小。
Roll deformation model of 1450mm UCM mill was simulated by finite element method. With this model, the effect of roll shift on mill lateral rigidity was calculated. The effect of strip width, rolling force, roll diameter on optimum intermediate roll shifting position(δb) was analyzed. The results show that strip width and work roll diameter have significant influences on δb, and the effect of rolling force, IMR and BUR di- ameter on δb is not significant.
