摘要
宝钢二次冷轧机组是国内引进的第一条二次冷轧机组。在冷轧机组中厚度控制作为核心控制系统,对产品质量具有重要的作用。介绍了该机组的设备选用情况,对该机组厚度控制系统进行了分析、讨论,详细阐述了厚度控制方法如厚度计AGC、前馈AGC、流量AGC、监控AGC在该机组的应用,根据现场的应用情况提出了机组AGC的投入策略以及厚度控制系统在调试过程中遇到的一些问题和解决方法。
Baosteel＇ s double cold reduction mill is the first DCR line introduced from abroad. The gauge control system, as a main control system in cold mill, is very important to product quality. The configuration of devices for the unit is introduced. The unit＇ s gauge control system is analyzed and discussed. Methods used in gauge control, such as gauge meter AGC, feed-forward AGC, mass flow AGC, monitor AGC, together with their applications, are elaborated. The strategy of using AGC is also discussed based on the application in the field. And finally, problems about the gauge control system in the debugging process and corresponding solutions are put forward.
