摘要
采用Nb-Cr-B微合金化成分设计、两阶段控制轧制及在线淬火+低温回火的热处理工艺,开发出低成本的NM400高强低合金耐磨钢。该产品具有良好的强度、硬度和韧性匹配,各项力学性能指标均满足国家标准要求。
Low cost wear-resistant HSLA.NM400 steel was developed by Nb-Cr-B microalloying designing, two step controlled rolling and low - temperature tempering after quenching on line. The results show that the specimens have good strength, hardness and toughness. The mechanical properties are all up to national standard.
