摘要 针对我国生产的耐磨钢性能不稳定、低温冲击韧性差、板形控制困难等缺点,采用Ti-Cr-B微合金化成分设计,利用3500mm炉卷轧机及辊式淬火机等设备,通过轧后淬火+回火工艺生产了6~60mm厚低成本NM360、NM400低合金耐磨钢板。其板条结构上分布的高密度位错及碳化物硬化了基体,并阻止了显微切削,析出物能细化晶粒并起到了沉淀强化作用。该钢板具有良好的低温冲击韧性,表面及厚度方向硬度分布均匀,10mm以下薄规格板形良好,耐磨性能及焊接性能均满足用户需求。 In view of unstable properties, bad low-temperature toughness and difficult shape control of domestic wear-resistant steel, 6-60mm thickness NM360 and NM400 wear-resistant steel with low alloy was produced by using Ti-Cr-B microalloying, 3500mm Steckel mill, roller quenching -1- tempering process. Highly density dislocation and carbides harden matrix and inhibit microcutting. Precipitate particles have the functions of grain refinement and precipitation strengthening. The piate has good low-temperature toughness and uniform hard- ness distribution on surface and thickness direction. The shape of less than lOmm thickness thinner plate is well. The wear-resistance and weldability of the products can meet the customer's requirement.
