摘要
提高技能型人才培养的社会适应性是西藏中高职衔接的主要目标。基于对中高职衔接基本内涵的把握,结合中高职衔接的理论和现实依据,西藏可持续发展高职教育的重要途径,一是借鉴国内外成功经验,选择适合西藏高职发展的学制衔接模式;二是结合藏区职教发展现状,探索贯穿西藏职业教育的要素衔接途径。
The principal objective of the convergence of secondary and tertiary vocation education in Tibet is to upgrade the social adaptability of skill-centered talents. On the basis of grasping the essence of such a convergence and referring to the theories and practices of the convergence of secondary and tertiary vocation education, the paper put forward the following suggestions for the sustainable development of vocational education in Tibet: to choose a schooling length for convergence suitable for the convergence of vocational education in Tibet by drawing on successful stories home and abroad and to explore the paths for key convergence that extends through the Tibetan vocational education.
