农村劳动者知识、技能和经营水平的高低决定着农村经济社会发展的进程。对农村劳动力进行教育培训,必须了解和掌握农民学习行为的特点,选择有效的教育培训模式,才能从根本上提高教育培训的实际效果。
The social economic development of rural society is determined by the peasants＇ knowledge, skills and management competence. The peasants＇ training should be conducted on the basis of knowing the characteristics of their learning actions, choosing effective training modes and ensuring the training effect.
