农村劳动者知识、技能和经营水平的高低决定着农村经济社会发展的进程。对农村劳动力进行教育培训,必须了解和掌握农民学习行为的特点,选择有效的教育培训模式,才能从根本上提高教育培训的实际效果。
The social economic development of rural society is determined by the peasants' knowledge, skills and management competence.
