摘要
农民是发展现代农业,建设社会主义新农村的主体。开展创业培训,培养造就一大批有文化、懂技术、会经营的新型农民,是建设现代农业、促进农业产业化经营、扩大农民就业岗位的需要。搞好农民创业培训,应明确目标,突出重点;精心安排,注重实效;由点到面,递次推开;加强调研,重视评估。要通过建立长效机制推动农民创业培训健康可持续地开展。
The key to ＂three rural issues＂ is to solve problems of farmers,who play a main role in both the development of modern agriculture and the construction of new socialist countryside.The new farmers＇ entrepreneurial training aiming at cultivating a large number of educated,skilled,management-smart new farmers not only helps expand employment opportunities,but also has a practical significance in increasing farmers＇ income,developing modern industrialized agriculture and promoting new rural construction.The identification of definite objectives and priorities,the meticulous operation of training program,the awareness of training effect,the dissemination after pilot-experiment and the enhancement of research and appraisal should be realized for a sustainable development of the training.
