摘要
基于对大学基层学术组织的基本认知,分析了我国高校基层学术组织发展存在的问题,从目标、原则等方面总结了创新基层学术组织的若干思路,提出了我国高校应从教育教学基层学术组织体系、科技创新基层学术组织体系、产学研合作与文化传承创新基层学术组织体系等三个维度探索建立多元化的基层学术组织结构体系。而这一切的顺利实现,思想观念创新是先导,组织结构创新是重点,体制机制创新是关键,基础条件完善是保障。
Based on the basic cognition on grassroots academic organizations in Chinese universities, the paper elaborated the main problems that the grassroots academic organizations in Chinese universities have met with. And then, from the angles of the target, principle and path, the paper textualized some random thoughts on how to innovate grassroots academic organizations. The paper put forward some suggestions that the structural system of the grassroots academic organizations in Chinese universities should be set up from three dimensional systems-instruction and education, scientific research innovation and academic-research-production cooperation. And the establishment of this system should be guaranteed by the conceptions of ＂concept innovation as the precondition, structure innovation as the keystone, mechanism innovation as the standing point, and perfect material condition as the guarantee＂.
