摘要
应用型创新创业人才培养对高校教学工作提出了新的更高的要求,在对相关研究进行疏理的基础上,以安徽科技学院应用型创新创业学科教学为例,构建SEM模型,分析学科团队特征、运作过程及教学绩效间的路径及机制,修订后的SEM模型表明:改革培养模式前学科团队、学科教学及科学研究对改善教学绩效作用不明显,团队特征不对教学绩效产生直接影响,且总效应为负,为应用型本科院校学科团队建设提供了启示.
Applied innovative and job-creating talents training is now posing new and stricter demands on teaching in colleges and universities. After sorting and combing through the already-done researches, the subject teaching of training applied innovative job-creating talents in Anhui Science and Technology University is taken as a case study to establish a structural e quation model (SEM), in an effort to analyze the path and mechanism between the academic team characteristics, the operating process and teaching performance. The modified SEM reveals that academic team, subject teaching and scientific research exert inapparent influence on teaching performance before the training mode is reformed; the team characteristics poses no direct im pact on teaching performance with the gross effect being negative, which might provide some inspiration for the construction of academic team for colleges and universities aiming to turning out applied talents.
