摘要
以山西石坷节煤样为原料,利用红外光谱(FT-IR)和热失重分析(TG)等主要测试技术研究了煤在酸性条件下电化学催化氧化脱硫对煤质的影响。试验结果表明,电化学催化氧化后煤中硫含量显著减少,全硫脱除率82.5%,其中无机硫脱除率高达90%,有机硫脱除率为50.5%。这表明电化学反应可以使煤样中的硫分有效脱除,此外还脱除煤中大量的矿物质,降低了灰分含量,并且使煤的燃烧性能变好,提高了精煤的发热量。论文还讨论了煤的电化学脱硫机理。
The effects of electrochemical oxidation on Shikejie coal desulfurization in acid electrolytic system were studied with FT-IR,TG and other analysis and testing technology. The test results show that after electrochemical catalytic oxidation of coal the sulfur contents in coal deceased rapidly. The desulfurization ratio of total, inorganic and organic sulfurs were 82.5% ,90% and 50.5% ,respectively. The electrochemical catalytic oxidation decreased ash content in coal, increased caloricity of coal. The electrochemical desulfurization mechanism of coal was studied.
