处理高硫煤的电化学方法实验研究

摘要 随着潞安集团对下组煤开采的推进,下组高硫煤产量逐年递增,石圪节矿是潞安集团第一个开采下组煤的矿井。本文对石圪节的特高硫煤进行了电化学试验分析,分别从电解质浓度、反应温度、电流强度、电解时间、煤粒度及煤浆浓度等影响因素对脱硫效率进行试验分析,总结出最佳脱硫方法。 With the development of Lu'an Group to the mining of lower coal group advance, lower group coal production increased year by year, Shigejie Coal Mine Luan group is the first mining of lower group coal mine. In this paper the characteristics of Shigejie Coal Electrochemical test analysis, respectively, from the electrolyte concentration, reaction temperature, intensity of electric current, electrolytic time, coal particle size and concentration of coal and other influencing factors on the efficiency of desulfurization test analysis, summed up the optimum desulfurization method.
