吉林某含铜金矿硫代硫酸盐浸金试验研究 被引量:4

Recovery of Gold from a Copper-bearing Gold Ore by Thiosulfate Leaching in Jilin

摘要 吉林某含铜金矿含铜11%~13%,含金30~50g/t,由于金部分被黄铜矿等硫化物包裹,直接氰化浸出,金的浸出率只有48.9%。针对矿石性质,进行了硫代硫酸盐-氨水体系的浸金试验研究,重点考察了浸出时间、浸出液固比、硫代硫酸盐浓度和氨水浓度等因素对金浸出的影响。结果表明,在综合条件下浸出24h,金浸出率可达92%。为非氰浸金提供了一种新的思路和工艺,对类似的含铜金矿中金的回收有重要借鉴意义。后续还要加强对浸出液中金的回收研究。 Jilin copper-bearing gold mine contains 11% -13% copper,30 - 50g/t gold. Since the gold is partially wrapped by chalcopyrite and other sulfides, the gold leaching rate is only 48.9% by direct cyanide leaching. Directed at the ore properties, research on gold leaching by the thiosulfate - ammonia system was carried on, focusing on the influence of leaching time, liquid-solid ratio, thiosulfate concentration and ammonia concentration on the leaching rate. The results showed that the leaching rate could reach 92% by leaching for 24 hours under the synthesis condition. This paper provides new ideas and technology for non-cyanide leaching. Meanwhile, it gives important reference to this kind of ore. Of course, the research on the recovery of gold in the leaching liquid should be enhanced.
