冲洗液温度对前列腺切除术后生命体征及并发症的影响 被引量：12

摘要 目的探讨常温和加温两种不同温度冲洗液对经尿道前列腺电切术后生命体征及并发症的影响。方法选取行经尿道前列腺电切：术者61例，根据患者手术日期随机分为两组，单日为观察组31例，双日为对照组30例。观察组采用34～35℃加温冲洗液，对照组采用21—24℃常温冲洗液。观察两组患者术后生命体征及并发症情况。结果对照组冲洗液温度引起T波降低、心率增快、BP升高，与观察组比较差异有显著意义（P〈0．05）；观察组每日膀胱痉挛的次数、每次持续时间及膀胱冲洗液转清的时间明显较对照组缩短，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论经尿道前列腺电切术中应用34～35℃膀胱冲洗液能维持患者术后生命体征的稳定，能够有效减少膀胱痉挛的次数，缩短痉挛时间。
