摘要
目的探讨舌癌术后放疗患者口腔溃疡护理。方法19名住院患者在放疗全程给予口腔溃疡护理与9名未住院患者自行口腔卫生维护进行比较。结果住院患者平均溃疡期13．1d，疼痛指数5．2，非住院患者平均溃疡期14．8d，疼痛指数6．2，组间平均溃疡期及疼痛指数均差异明显。结论放疗过程中进行口腔冲洗，并使用含利多卡因、维生素C及维生素B12漱口液，可以缩短溃疡愈合时间，减轻溃疡疼痛症状，是护理放疗期间口腔溃疡的一种有效方法。
Objective To evaluate the validity of a nursing method about radiotherapy - related oral ulcer. Methods A total of 28 patients with squamous cell carcinoma in tongue who received ablative surgeries were treated with radiotherapy after the surgery. The 19 inpatients were treated with oral rinsing and mixed mouth - wash liquid during the radiotherapy ; 9 outpatients administrated oral hygiene issues by their own; oral ulcers in the 2g patients were observed and compared. Results The average duration and pain index of ulcers in inpatients were 13.1 days and 5.2, respectively; the average duration and pain index of ulcers in outpatients were 14. 8 clays and 6. 2, respectively. The differences of the duration and pain index of oral ulcers were statistically significant between the inpatients and outpatients. Conclusions Oral rinsing and usage of mixed mouth - wash liquid during the radiotherapy reduce the average healing duration, relieve the pain, mani- fest as an effective nursing method.
