摘要
高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)是一种广泛存在于真核细胞内的高度保守的组蛋白,参与核小体构建和稳定,调控基因转录、DNA重组、修复、复制等。最近研究发现,HMGB1释放到胞外可发挥广泛的生物学效应,不仅作为晚期炎性因子参与多种炎性疾病及自身免疫性疾病的发展,而且还通过多种信号分子途径参与肿瘤的发生和进展。现就近年来HMGB1在抗肿瘤免疫中的作用进行综述。
High-mobility group box 1 protein( HMGB1 )is present in almost all eukaryotic cells and is a highly conserved nuclear protein, acting as a chromatin-binding factor, regulating gene transcription, DNA replication,DNA recombination and DNA repair. Recent studies found that HMGB1 act as an extracellular signaling molecule in inflammation,and autoimmune diseaseasc. Moreover, HMGB1 is associated with tissue invasion and metastasis through multiple signal pathways in cancer. Here is to make a review on the role of HMGB1 in anti-tumor immune in recent years.
