摘要
目的观察氟比洛芬酯术前给药对术后芬太尼镇痛的影响。方法 60例择期行消化道肿瘤手术的患者随机均分为两组,术后行芬太尼静脉自控镇痛(PCIA)。A组术前15min静注氟比洛芬酯50mg,镇痛药液中加芬太尼1mg;B组镇痛药液中加芬太尼1mg。记录患者术后3、6、12、24h的VAS、PCA按压次数及不良反应的发生情况。结果 A组术后各时点VAS和24h内PCA按压次数均明显低于B组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应差异无统计学意义。结论氟比洛芬酯术前给药能加强术后芬太尼的镇痛效果。
Objective To investigate the effects of premedication with flurbiprofen axetil on postoperative analgesia of fentanyl.Methods Sixty patients undergoing gastrointestinal neoplasm operations were randomly allocated to two groups with 30 cases each,who received postoperative patient controlled intravenous analgesia（PCIA）with fentanyl 1 mg in 100 ml normal saline.Group A was injected flurbiprofen axetil 50 mg before surgery and PCIA was performed.The analgesia was evaluated by VAS scoring,pressing times of PCA and side effects were recorded at 3,6,12 and 24 h after operation.Results The VAS scores and pressing times during analgesia were less in group A than group B（P〈0.05）.There was no significant differences in the incidence of side effects in two groups.Conclusion Premedication with flurbiprofen axetil can enhance the postoperative analgesic effect of fentanyl.
