摘要 迄今为止,研究者认为支气管哮喘是慢性呼吸道炎症疾病,并将发生呼吸道重构,最终导致肺功能持续性、进行性损害。近年来研究者十分重视哮喘患者呼吸道重构发生的机制研究,认为转化生长因子β(TGF-β)可能居于中心调控位置,并因此提出不同的治疗方案,其中一些中药治疗哮喘的作用靶点可能是TGF-β。 So far researchers believe asthma is a kind of chronic inflammation of airway, with subsequent airway remodeling, which will finally result in continuous and progressive lung function damages. Founded on the above understanding, researchers investigated the mechanism of airway remodeling of asthma and discovered the transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β) had important effect. They believed TGF-β stood at the central regulative position, and suggested different treatments based on the discovery, among which the targets of some traditional Chinese medicine are probably TGF-β.
