摘要
建立妇康宝口服液高效液相色谱法测定芍药苷的方法。芍药苷在75.4～1 508μg范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9995。平均加样回收率为97.88%,RSD为0.55%。所建立的方法简便准确、灵敏度高,可作为妇康宝口服液的质量控制方法。
A HPLC method for the quantitative determination of paeoniflorin in Fukangbao oral. Paeoniflorin showed a good linear relationgship at the range of 75.4-1 508μg （ r = 0.9995 ）. The average recoveries were 97. 88%, RSD was 0.55%. The method was simple, accurate, reproducible and could be used for quality control of Fu- kangbao oral.
