摘要
目的:研究建立关节消痛合剂的质量控制标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别透骨草、桑寄生;采用高效液相色(HPLC)测定法定量分析关节消痛合剂中白芍的含量。结果:薄色谱斑点清晰,阳性对照无干扰,HPLC线性关系良好(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为98.52%,RSD为1.50%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便、快速可靠,专属性强、分离度好,重现性良好,可用于关节消痛合剂的质量控制。
Objective： To study the quality control standards of Xiaotong joints mixture.Methods： Using TLC to identifi cate Speranskia grass,Loranthaceae;To use the high-performance liquid color（HPLC） to determinate the quantitative analysis of joint pain in Consumers mixture paeony content.Results： Thin chromatography spots were clear,positive con trol without interference,HPLC good linear relationship（r=0.999 6）,the average recovery was 98.52%,RSD was 1.50%（n=6）.Conclusion： The method is simple,fast and reliable,specific,good separation,good reproducibility can be used to eliminate pain in the joints mixture of quality control.
