偏头痛性脑梗死一例

摘要患者女，33岁，会计员。因“间断头痛1年余，加重伴记忆力下降10余天”于2011年10月21日入院。患者近1年来每次月经后出现左侧额颞部搏动性疼痛，伴恶心、出汗、倦怠及注意力不集中等不适，活动后头痛明显加重，
