卵圆孔未闭与偏头痛性脑梗死 被引量：3

摘要 据统计，在发达国家偏头痛发病率为13％，女性的发病率是男性的3倍，且60％～80％具有家族遗传性，其发作多在20～64岁之间。由于偏头痛多发生在生产力最旺盛的年龄段，因此，其对社会和家庭带来了巨大的经济和精神负担。无论有无先兆，偏头痛都是缺血性卒中的危险因素之一。
