摘要
本文从城镇居民健康档案建设需求出发,通过对医学诊断、医学评估、计划与干预业务活动设计的数据信息分析,提取临床相关数据元;通过对数据元目录规范化表达研究与设计,设置数据元属性,制定各属性规范化描述规则,依据需要够用的原则提取数据元,通过数据元加工编制医学诊断、医学评估和计划与干预数据元目录。本研究可为其它领域数据元目录的建设提供借鉴。
This article according to the needs of residents health record construction, through data information analysis on the medical diagnosis, medical assessment, planning and intervention activities design, took extraction of clinical relevant data elements; through research for and design standard expression of the data element dictionary, explored to set the data element attribute, and the attribute normative description rules, according to the principle of basis need and enough extraction of data element, the clinical data element dictionary for medical diagnosis, medical assessment, planning and intervention was constructed through processing this data element. This study can provide references for other professional to construct data element dictionary.
