摘要
目的建立我国卫生信息数据集元数据规范,实现对医药卫生领域数据集的规范化描述。方法①分析卫生领域各类数据集的描述需求,把数据集需要描述的内容归纳为6个方面,并且分析元数据规范的不同使用需求;②使用子集、实体和元素的结构层次来组织元数据内容,并制定对元数据内容与规则进行定义和约束的方式;③使用摘要表示的方式来表述元数据规范。结果建立了包含核心元数据和参考元数据的卫生信息数据集元数据规范,由7个元数据子集构成。核心元数据包含18个元素或实体的核心元数据,参考元数据包含28个元数据元素或实体。结论卫生信息数据集元数据规范将会促进卫生领域数据集的规范化描述,保证数据集的统一发布、管理与检索,以及数据资源的有效交流与使用。
Objective To establish Metadata specification of health information dataset for our country, and implement the normative description for dataset from health field. Methods 1. Analyzed the description requirement of datasets from different kinds, divided the datasets＇ characters need to be described into 6 aspects, and analyzed the different use requirement of metadata specification; 2.Adopted the structure unit of subset, entity and element to organize the metadata＇ s content, and constituted the definition and restriction method for metadata＇ s content and rules; 3. Adopted method of summary-express to express and compile the metadata specification. Results Established the metadata specification of health information dataset which included core metadata and reference metadata, metadata＇s full content was composed of 7 metadata subsets. Core metadata included 18 metadata elements and entities, reference metadata included 28 metadata elements and entities. Conclusion Metadata specification of health information dataset will promote the normative description for health datasets, uniform distribution, management, search about the datasets, insure the communication and utility of health data resources effectively.
