摘要
连铸结晶器液位控制系统具有非线性、强耦合和纯滞后等特点,且扰动因素较多,因而传统控制方案难以获得满意的效果。通过研究基于Smith预估补偿的非线性PID控制策略,在对连铸结晶器液位控制系统的辨识模型进行MATLAB仿真分析的基础上,将该控制策略应用于生产实践。结果表明:该控制策略能够明显地改善控制系统的动态品质和抗干扰性能,取得了较好的应用效果。
The existence characteristics of nonlinear and strong coupling and pure time--delay, as well as the disturbance factors in the mould liquid level control systems, have made its control more difficult to obtain satisfactory results. Through the studying of the nonlinear PID control strategy based on the Smith estimate compensation, and the MATLAB simulation and analysis in the identifica- tion model of mould liquid level control system,then the control strategy was put into use. The results show that this control strategy can improve the control system dynamic quality and anti--jamming performance obviously and achieve the good application effects.
