摘要
儿科患者发生的医院获得性菌血症，绝大多数与血管内装置相关，本文根据国内外指南和新的研究，对导管相关血流感染的流行病学、发病机制、诊断及预防和管理作一综述。
Most nosocomial bloodstream infections among pediatric patients are related to the usage of an intravascular device. This article reviewed catheter related bloodstream infections from aspects of epide- miology,pathogenesis,diagnosis, prevention and care based on guidelines and new research both in abroad and at home.
