摘要
文章基于流程再造理论,从"流程再造动因","流程再造与组织战略目标关系","流程再造原则","对‘变革范围、人、绩效测量’关键因素的把握","保障体制建立","信息技术与流程再造关系的定位"这几个维度剖析了麻省理工学院(MIT)以信息化推动管理流程再造的策略与路径,提出了我国大学以信息化推动管理变革发展的建议。
Based on the theory of Business Reengineering Process（BPR）, the author analyzed the strategies and the path that Massachusetts Institute of Technology （MIT） embark on an management BPR project using information technology from six dimensions： case for BPR, the relationship between strategic objectives and BPR, the principles of BPR, the mastery of ＇change, people, performance measurement＇ which is key to BPR, BPR teams construction;the relation between IT and BPR. Then the author proposed some suggestions on how to reform management of China＇s university using IT.
