摘要
以95%高炉渣和5%钾长石为原料,采用直接烧结法制备了微晶玻璃。借助XRD、SEM和DSC等测试分析手段研究了热处理制度对炉渣微晶玻璃析晶行为和性能的影响。实验表明:晶化温度、升温速率及晶化时间对微晶玻璃性能有显著影响;实验热处理最佳工艺参数为:升温速率2.5℃/min,核化晶化温度830℃,保温时间40 min;微晶玻璃的主晶相为钙铝黄长石,抗弯强度可达86.85
Glass ceramics with 95wt% blast-furnace slag and 5wt% feldspar as a raw material were prepared by direct sintering method.The influence of the different heat treatments on the microstructure and the mechanical properties of glass-ceramic were studied by XRD,SEM and DSC.The result of experiment was tested that the crystallization temperature,crystallization time and temperature raising rate played an important role on the properties of glass-ceramic.The optimal heat treatment parameters are that crystallization temperature is at 830℃ for 40 min,the rate is at 2.5℃/min.The main phase of the glass-ceramics is gehlenite,the bending strength is 86.85MPa.
