摘要
以新引进的希望蔓绿绒茎段为材料,利用植物组织培养方法进行快繁研究。结果表明,MS+6-BA 2mg/L+NAA0.1 mg/L是较为理想的继代增殖培养基,最佳生根培养基是MS+IBA 0.5 mg/L。
Using stem sections of Philodendron congo which was introduced recently as explants, the study on In vitro rapid propagation of P. congo was carried out in this test. The results showed that MS ＋ 6-BA 2 mg/L ＋ NAA 0.1 mg/L was much better medium for bud multiplication, and the best medium for rooting was MS ＋ IBA 0.5 mg/L.
