摘要
以MS为基本培养基,添加外源激素6-BA、NAA、GA3,采用菠萝蜜嫩茎为外植体诱导芽、分化增殖与生长,研究菠萝蜜嫩茎诱导芽过程外源激素作用效应。结果表明,光照强度约15 000 lx,培养基6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L适合外植体诱导芽,诱导率达82%;光照强度约2 000 lx,培养基6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L+GA30.75 mg/L适合芽增殖培养,芽增殖系数达3.9,且生长健壮。
MS as basic medium, different concentrations of exogenous hormone 6-BA, NAA, GA3 and jackfi'uit spears used as explants induced bud differentiation and proliferation and growth, research jackfruit spears induced bud process of exogenous hormones action effect. The results show that the light intensity of about 15 000 Lx, medium 6-BA 2.0 mg/I+NAA 0.5 mg/1 for induced bud, induction rate of 82%; light intensity of about 2 000 Lx, medium 6-BA 2.0 mg/I+NAA 0.5 mg/l+GA 3 0.75 mg/1 for shoot proliferation culture, shoot multiplication coefficient of 3.9, and robust growth.
