军队院校学员“亚健康”现状调查分析及预防对策研究 被引量:2

Status survey analysis and preventive measures of sub-health among trainees at military academies

摘要 目的了解当代军队学员的"亚健康"现状及造成"亚健康"的相关因素。探讨积极有效的预防对策及早期干预方法。方法选取某军队院校在校1000名学员作为调查研究对象,采用自制"亚健康"状态自我测试调查表进行调查测评。结果在被调查的915名学员中,对健康状况的自我评价认为感觉自身处在患病状态的占总数的4.37%,不能正确理解"亚健康"状态概念的占总数的69.95%,认为自己处于"亚健康"状态的占总数的49.18%。来自城市家庭的亚健康学员占52.76%,来自农村家庭的亚健康学员占47.20%。女生处于"亚健康"状态的人群比例明显高于男生,来自城市家庭学员处于"亚健康"状态的比例明显高于来自农村家庭的学员。结论当代军队院校部分学员对亚健康状态认识不足,并处于亚健康状态,提示亚健康问题不容忽视,应积极预防及干预。 Objective To study the sub-health status among contemporary military trainees and the related factors causing sub-health so as to explore the positive and effective preventive measures and early interventions.Methods 1 000 at-school trainees from a military uni- versity were selected as the research subjects, and a self-made sub-health self-test questionnaire survey evaluation was adopted. Results In the 915 trainees surveyed,4.37% of them self-assessed that they were in a state of being sick,69.95% of them couldn't understand sub-health,and 49.18% of them thought they were in a state of sub-health.Among those who thought they were in a state of sub-health, 52.76% came from urban families and 47.20% came from rural households.The proportion of females in the sub-health status of the popu- lation is significantly higher than that of the male students, and the proportion of trainees from urban households in sub-health state was significantly higher than the students from rural families.Conclusion Some trainees at contemporary military academies haven't sufficient awareness of sub-health and some of the trainees are already in a state of sub-health.So the sub-health issue can not be neglected and in a healthy condition, suggesting that the sub-health problem can not be ignored, instead it should be actively prevented and intervened.
