摘要
为了增强柴油机油门调节系统的功能,提高其调速性能,在满足控制精度、可靠性的前提下,设计了以两相混合步进电动机为执行器的柴油机数字电子调速控制系统。系统以数字信号控制器dsPICF4012为处理器,以芯片TC4424作为步进电动机的集成功率驱动,采用变细分的控制策略实现柴油机的供油量调节。实验结果表明,所设计系统通过对步进电动机的精确控制,能够实现对不同工况下柴油机供油量的有效调节。该系统结构简单、功能完善、开发周期短,适宜于对柴油机油门调节系统的升级改造。
A diesel engine speed governing system using two-phase hybrid step motor as its actuator was designed, which can strengthen functions and improve performance of speed regulation. The system used digital signal controller dsPICF4012 as the processor, and TC4424 as the step motor integrated power driver. The system employed a control strategy of varying subdivision to adjust the fuel supply. The experimental results show that the system designed can achieve effec- tive regulation of the amount of oil supplied under different conditions through the precise control of the step motor,which has a number of advantages, such as simple structure, more complete functional, short time for development. This system is suitable for the upgrade of diesel throttle governing system.
