摘要
介绍了一种新型的用直线步进电动机控制汽柴油发动机油门方式的设计方案与工作原理。这种油门控制方式克服了市场上通用的电动控制油门的不足,具有结构紧凑、可靠性高、运动效率高、控制简单、定位精度高、功能强大、使用寿命长等特点。根据原理设计的产品还做了保护性措施和优化电动机功能性配置等优化改进。
This paper introduces a new designing scheme and working principle which linear stepper motor is used to control diesel engine throttle.This throttle control method can overcome the common deficiencies in electric throttle controlling on the market.This new method has the characters of compact structure,high reliability,high moving efficiency,simple control,high positioning accuracy,wide application and long life,etc.The protective measures and functional configuration of the motors are improved in the products which are designed according to this theory.
