摘要 目的 探讨乳腺超声影像报告和数据系统(Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System,BI-RADS)在乳腺癌筛查中的应用价值.方法 回顾性分析从化地区5.5 万名39-59 岁妇女乳腺癌普查的超声BI-RADS 分级资料.结果 0 级55 例(0.1%),1 级24533 例(44.6%),2 级16056 例(29.2%),3 级13780 例(25.1%),4 级561 例(1.02%),5 级15 例(0.02%);4、5 级共576 例( 占1.04%).乳腺癌妇女46 例,均经手术病理证实.结论 将超声BI-RADS 分级应用到乳腺癌筛查当中,不但提高诊断的特异性,而且提高对乳腺恶性肿瘤的敏感性,具有较好的推广应用价值. Objective To study the role of ultrasonic BI-RADS classification in breast cancer screening. Methods Retrospective analysis of 55,000 were aged 39-59 women with breast cancer in conghua area census classification of ultrasonic BI-RADS information. Results Level 0 of 55 cases (0.1%), level 1 24,533 cases (44.6%), level 2:16,056 cases (29.2%), level 4:13,780 cases (25.1%), and level 4:561 (1.02%), level 5:15 (0.02%), 4and5 totals Qf 576 cases (1.04%). 46 cases of women with breast cancer, were confirmed through pathology. Conclusions Ultrasonic BI-RADS classification applies to screening for breast cancer, not only improve the specificity of diagnosis, and increased susceptibility to breast cancer, which has better application value inclinical.
