摘要
目的评价彩色多普勒超声协助乳腺癌临床诊断的价值。方法回顾性分析我院经病理确诊为浸润性导管癌的超声资料。结果乳腺癌的超声二维图像和血流频谱均具有一定的特征,但不易鉴别腋窝淋巴结是否有转移。超声诊断与病理结果的符合率为66.3%。结论彩色多普勒超声在二维声像图的基础上,辅以多普勒血流动力学分析,对协助乳腺癌临床诊断有重要意义。
Objective： To evaluate the value of color Doppler ultrasonography in Clinical diagnosis of breast cancer. Method： The ultrasonographic results of in- patients of our hospital with pathologically proved infiltrating ductal carcinoma were analyzed. Results： The two dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler flow imaging （CDFI） of breast cancer presented certain features. Metastasis of axillary nodes was difficult to be identified by color Doppler ultrasonography. The coincidental rate was 66.3 % between ultrasound and pathology. Conclusion： The two dimensional ultrasound and CDFI of color Doppler ultrasonography have important value on clinical diagnosis of breast caner.
