摘要
本文应用Logistic扩散模型对我国东中西部地区互联网普及发展过程进行研究,进而比较分析地区间数字鸿沟变化趋势的散敛性。结果表明东中西部地区互联网发展具有不同的扩散曲线,东部地区具有明显领先优势,但近年来中西部地区的互联网扩散速度要高于东部地区,地区间数字鸿沟的发展经历了先扩散后收敛、最终弥合的过程。
Digital divide is caused by Internet unbalance developing in China, is it convergence or diffu sion7 This paper uses Logistic diffusion model to analyze development process and character of different regiones in China, comparing the regional trend among them. The result show that different regions vary in shape, the eastern region maintain a relatively lead, whereas other region is more increasing rapidly than it. Digital Divide is diffusion firstly then reduce, closed in the end.
